Clean ensuite, convenient laundry facilities, nearby convenience store
With only one lift, mornings can feel chaotic!!! Another lift would certainly help with the unavoidable waits. The lack of proper soundproofing led to some frustration as well!!! More space in the rooms would be appreciated!!!

Akasaka was perfect for our family trip! We loved the onsen experience after a long day. The staff were super friendly, and there were plenty of restaurants nearby. It was a breeze taking the metro to places like Roppongi Hills with the grandkids.
My kids wished there were more family-friendly activities available at the hotel.

The location is a standout feature, sitting conveniently between major metro stations and surrounded by a variety of food options. The room was well-equipped, featuring great air conditioning essential for the humid weather. I appreciated the thoughtful touches, like the ability to choose pillow types and receive fresh towels without daily cleaning. I did find the public transit navigation a bit challenging at times, and the onsen facility was crowded during peak hours.

stayed at super hotel for 6 nights, and the location is stellar! it's right next to the underground 'g' and 'm' lines, making it easy to explore. a 7eleven is literally next door. There are tons of restaurants in the area. the staff is super nice, and the room, while tiny, offers excellent wifi and the most peaceful atmosphere. plus, the onsen is a wonderful bonus!
